Sponsorship Committee

What we do...

Call on previous sponsors and potential new sponsors to explain the sponsorship opportunities available with Cowboy Up in Kiowa.
Sponsorship Committee members are the face of the rodeo and work directly with businesses in the local and surrounding communities.
Work with other Cowboy Up in Kiowa committees responsible for website content, social media and other communications channels to get sponsor information out to as many people as possible.
Design and procure the sponsor gifts and send invitations to the awards banquet.
Be the point of contact for sponsor representatives who attend the rodeo and/or awards banquet.
Design, assemble and deliver sponsor packets to previous and potential sponsors.
Coordinate hanging banners and signs in and around the arena.
Work with our printer to design and produce the rodeo program.
